Who you're dealing with
Kodanda is operated from India. It is not yet an incorporated company; if that changes we will update these terms and tell you. For anything about these terms, email support@kodanda.co.in.
The service
Kodanda is in early access and free while we launch. We may add, change or pause features as we build. If we ever start charging, you will be told clearly in advance and never billed without agreeing first.
Your account
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Keep your details accurate and your credentials safe. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Fair use
Kodanda is for your personal exam preparation. Don't scrape, bulk-copy or resell questions, don't share your account, and don't attempt to disrupt or probe the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content
The question bank and the product are ours. Your test history is yours — you can delete it along with your account at any time. Questions are written for practice and may contain errors; tell us and we'll fix them.
No guarantees
The service is provided as-is while we build. Practice scores are a study signal, not a prediction of your real exam result. We are not liable for exam outcomes or for decisions you make based on the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going anywhere near a court, please email us — most things are a misunderstanding we can fix quickly.
